“We attended the K9 Greatness training classes in Horley, and what a difference they’ve made. Our previously
distracted terrier now follows commands with focus. The trainer’s methods were straightforward and effective, and the sessions were enjoyable for both us and our dog.”

Dog Training Classes in Horley, Surrey
My expert training methods help to solve behaviour and communication issues. My structure is based on more engagement between you and your dog.
I am confident in my ability to help.
I live by the ethos that if you don’t see improvement after every session you don’t pay for the next.
I’ve been helping dog owners across Horley, Crawley, Reigate, and the surrounding areas with their sometimes troublesome pets and companions for years.
Whether you’re looking for training solutions for your dog’s most frustrating behaviour’s, or to ensure your puppy grows to be well-mannered,
I can help. I am a accredited and experienced canine Behaviourist and employ leading techniques to help your pet understand how they’re supposed to behave – relax, you’ll be in safe hands and so will your dog!
Since 2010, I have been working with dogs in various capacities. I began by volunteering at a local animal shelter, where I gained experience handling and caring for all sorts of animals. From there, I took a job at a dog rescue, where I worked closely with dogs of all breeds and temperaments.
After that, I spent nearly two years working with wolves in captivity, learning about their behaviour and how to read their body language. This wealth of experience has given me a deep understanding of dogs and their needs.
Any successful behavioural modification protocol has two sides: helping the dog to learn how to relax, develop confidence and constructive coping skills, and helping the handler to understand and work with their dog.
I have years of experience in behavioural training and using my unique skills & training methods, I’m able to quickly train your dog to be the best they can be.
Consequently, this means that the time it takes to train your fur baby is a lot shorter compared to other dog trainers in the Sussex area.
With patience, perseverance and a bit of hard work, even the most anxious or reactive dog can learn to cope in any situation.

Absolutely! We believe all breeds can be trained and nurtured. At K9 Greatness, we welcome dogs of every breed and background, focusing on their individual personality and behaviour rather than stereotypes.
Yes, we can help. While medication can sometimes support behavioural improvement, our approach often focuses on identifying the root causes of issues and addressing them through training and behavioural techniques. For this reason we prefer that you do not medicate your dog for any training.
No, medication is not a requirement for training. We assess each dog on an individual basis and work with them using proven training methods.
You will see a change before the end of lesson one. The timeline for behavioural changes depends on your dog’s specific challenges and how consistently the training techniques are applied.
